Pathways to Peace Workshop Part 1
In this video, I share a framework for understanding emotions and nervous system responses through a holistic lens, combining insights from yoga, meditation, and nervous system science. I explore how difficult emotions can be opportunities for self-awareness and growth, encouraging you to embrace and reinterpret them instead of suppressing them. I also provide practical tools like meditation, breathwork, and self-compassion to help shift from reactive states (like fight, flight, or freeze) to a place of calm and centeredness. My goal is to guide you toward expanding your heart’s capacity to embrace all experiences with resilience, love, and acceptance.
