Katherine is a licensed LCSW in the state of Florida which means she can provide therapy only for those residing within the state of Florida. If you do not live in Florida, Individual Coaching may be the perfect alternative, or sign up for one of the workshops. You are also welcome to book a 15 minute free consultation to discuss your options with Katherine

Yes, and we will send these to you electronically upon scheduling your first appointment.

Insurance is accepted for Therapy clients only within the state of Florida. No other services are covered by insurance.
Insurances accepted for Therapy clients are: Aetna; United Healthcare; Oscar; Oxford; Florida Blue

You can only cancel an appointment with more than 24 hours notice. For less than 24 hours, there is a 70% charge.

All individual and workshop sessions will be held on Zoom unless otherwise indicated as Live in Person Workshops will be held occasionally. It is best to download the Zoom app on your device prior to the appointment or workshop. A link will be provided.
