Wisdom Within Workshops

All workshops offer participants a journey of self-discovery and inner transformation, combining ancient wisdom with practical approaches to everyday challenges. They are designed to inspire and elevate participants, guiding them toward recovery, heart-centered awareness, and deeper insights into the nature of joy and unconditional love.

Workshops such as “Breath by Breath: Meditation as Self-Love,” “Drama Detox,” and “The Dharma of Discomfort” focus on nurturing self-compassion, unwrapping the wisdom hidden in painful experiences, and releasing attachment to chaos. 

Titles like “Emotional Allies” and “From Anger to Awareness” help participants develop a kind relationship with even the most challenging emotions, while “Beyond Boundaries” and “Unveiling the Self” encourage expanding self-awareness through practices inspired by the Upanishads and other spiritual teachings. These offerings are tailored to uplift participants to their next level of consciousness, teaching them to embrace their entire emotional spectrum and live with an open, awakened heart.

Five teachings from suffering to liberation: How to embrace the paradox of Opposites

The sheer number of siddhas, rishis and gurus, living saints and realized beings responsible for sharing the teachings in hundreds of Upanishads, 100,000 lines of the Mahabharata, endless Tantras and Sutras and the 4 Vedas. Something we could embrace and understand is the attainability of living now in our own radiant consciousness. 

Learning yoga philosophy is not simply a way to enjoy intellectual accomplishment, but when we imbibe the teachings as a way to embrace duality, we overcome the resistance that creates difficult feelings. In this workshop we will learn to open our hearts embracing 5 different “opposites” in your everyday struggles and see them as a means, a doorway, yoga so graciously has gifted to us.
